Kurassier
Wow, what a whiney #$@. You guys have been fighting me basically 6 on 1 for the past 30 turns, and now somebody actually joins on my side and all you can do is try and talk him out of it. Sheesh, you still outnumber us badly, what is your problem? Grow a set, for goodness sakes. Out of curiousity, who will you guys fight if Great Britain dies? Might not Canada and USA be in the crosshairs? Will Norway go after Persia? Sure. Isn't that the best plan in any war? Outnumber your enemies in production AND sheer army quantities? I have been on the wrong side of those numbers too many times in the game of Victory!, so I understand the frustration, especially when I have put up a good fight. In Game 86 I have been on the opposite side of those numbers the entire game. But, really I have never really fought more than 3 opponents at a time even though the opposite block(s) are much more numerous. My active opponents are all that matters to me in any game. Mark, I must say that you have lingered on quite a long time and done a fantastic job of not giving in to the bad numbers. Well done. Now quit whining a start fighting, will ya? Lol Frommie. I have in excess of 50,000 air kills and 50,000 land kills, and over 20,000 in navy kills. Imagine what I would have if I had been fighting. I would be willing to bet nobody else in the game approaches those numbers. You are underestimating the carnage in the Libyan desert. Vastly underestimating. In fact, maybe we should change the name of Libya, to whatever the Arabic word that means, "Sea of broken metal"...... In fact, one would be hard pressed to find a piece of land that doesn't have a bit of twisted metal sticking out of the ground. BTW, who's going to liberate Nizwa from the oppressive Iraqi regime???? So lets go on fighting that fight, there can't be enough scrap metal for sale in Libya yet. It seems farmers have stopped farming over there. There are no more wooden houses there, nor stone. All metal. Whole new art forms have sprung up, all over Libya. All involving various kinds of metals. A lot of parties also, with lots of fireworks. Hey, at least I HAVE naval kills, unlike a certain player in our alliance who scrapped his shipyard in turn 1... Do Panthers count as ships of the desert too? I bet I'll see a lot more of those than Camels in the near future ... or ships for that matter.
Marklen X
There are plenty of extra ships here to go around if you guys need a few kills. I will be happy to vector your bombers into some juicy targets. Norway, I apologize for not greeting you last turn when you came to Ipswich, small glitch in fighter command. Please come back, I promise a much warmer greeting this time.

If I send my bomber pilots your way they're sure to get confused and sink EVERY Prince of Wales' just in case.

I also have some targets I could direct you to for naval kills, but I will venture a guess that you have better employment for your own air forces.... I am sure my fighters (who were rather bored during their escort duties) will get over it next turn when the paperwork snafu gets cleared up and the contest in the skies is resumed in earnest (I hate it when those bureaucratic snags happen, which is far too often for me, even considering its only my 2nd campaign). Tally ho (we hope)!

Tally ho (we hope)! Well, some of the Baltic sea actually is within range of some of the Iraqi/ Persian air force. The North Sea however is just too far away, unless we could afford to build some Yer-2's. But alas, someone is shooting at our bombers and all those aireal replacements limit our building scheme. I wish that they stopped doing that. We'll let you know when we run out of targets in Russia. Tell you, when we get to the point that we have an harbor on the Baltic we'll build a fleet to keep Hungary of your back!

You will have a problem finding our fleet, its camoflaged, very well it seems as most our Sailors have been found drunk still celibrating the launch of our first ships into the English Channel and they cannot find them. BTW it has been renamed the Hungarian Channel now

Your right as always, Our vast quantities of T-34s, I have been building them constantly so you work it out how many I have, are now hunting wild bore, more commonly known as Americans. We know where they are so soon we will be-able to report on how effective all this training they have been doing.
dageraad
New map: - Another disastrous turn for Italy. Can the Central European team recover from this? - How long will Hungary stare at the English channel? - Central Russia is reduced to one city, putting pressure on the Persians to extend their front with Finland. Need More Orders. Now that I am at it, need more armies, airforce, munition, and general supplies too. Fuel I have enough. - No large Finnish offensive against Persia this turn. They must have run out of Finns for the moment. A good thing, as the Persians have run out of ammunition. We here the rumble of Shermans in the distance and they are strengthening their air force. Must do something about that. - Poland, being far more cautious as Finland, is keeping his reserves uncomitted at the moment and holds a stable front against the Iraqi's. - A very quiet turn in Lybia, as all parties fighting there are shocked by the British announcement of kills. Both sides agree that they can do better than that. - Rumors about massive air battles in England persist. <Insert battle reports here> (Yes, I know that the fall of xAmsterdam is not in it, but apparently Baltic States and Persia run on the same day and I was first this time)
Duke of York
So Baltics ninja'ed xAmsterdam from Hungary? THE primary objective for this game and the focus of his whole PR campaign? Do I see a DW coming up?
