Ceding provinces will not help. You know how that ended don't you? 5 months later the Allies stood in Berlin. Since we got that already we'll settle for Vienna this time. That will make life more easy for Morrocco/Portugal. There has been a change of government in the USA. - UAE keeps evolving as the opposite of game #87.
