As long as they stay out of the Middle East. It is already crowded down here.

I will be there to help with that problem...

You must just love the sands B)

Oh, how nice to be in the position of Sweden, Norway, Finland and NR. All working together and no attacks possible from overland, except through CR. Must feel very safe up north.

Do I hear a landing beach?

Sounds like the Danes, Germans and Poles need to worry about landing beaches more likely... imagine that bloc conquering Baltic States then pushing south...

Well, i heard the Danes indeed got invaded in a painful way, Poles and Germans still couldn't make up their minds to work with them against the common threat, Danes quit, Germans and Poles are next as the steamroller pick up mass...

Nice, how predictable the game is sometimes. :)

Since CRussia is in with the NRussia / Finland group as well, they appear to have a formidable position at the moment.

Greetings all,

It's been many years since I last played Victory, so needed a few turns to get back into gear.

Recently (relatively) I've been made aware of this forum and section for game 93. To be honest, I'm not the most socially inclined guy in the world (off the battle field). So I was hessitant to get into the forum aspects. Pushing that inclination aside, Here I am!

Czechoslovakia is my Nation.

Previously, the in-game contact info only gave my postal address. It's since been adjusted to give my E-Mail address.

Ron (Thors)

PS, Are any of you past (veteran) or currently in the Armed Forces?

It was my Honor to serve in the US Army; 82nd AB and 3/2 ACR. My son is currently 69th Inf.

Welcome Ron!

*points to Sven drake* There's another US vet, he can't last a week without putting vet-stuff up on FB, you'll fit right in! :D.

I served, but not in the US army; CAD-recon, 151st Artillery Batallion, Dutch army.

Have fun with the game! You have a few Vic-vet TA's to guide you, so you'll catch right up on latest tricks and tips no doubt. :)

Mickey

Mickey, Dageraad,

Blij om kennis te maken!

-Hope I wrote that correctly. (pleased to make your acquaintance)

Dag, I hope this message finds you in good health and good cheer. Best wishes to you.

I've met some of your countrymen in the field during "REFORGER". NATO practice war maneuvers in Germany. I was stationed in Amberg Germany (Bayern), near Czechoslovakia. Man, did the Beir flow!!! But lately I have a taste for Belgian beer. The variety and added flavors make for a connoisseur's delight.

I think much of Europe has the right idea of enlistment being mandatory for about 2 years (barring obvious exclusions). If anything, it helps build good character (respect and discipline).
