Arpat
something went wrong... i still have no turn returned, no response, no reply... maybe it has something to do with passing hurricanes, tyfoons and other weather phenomena? Locklyn
Arpat, I know Russ had some trouble when he sent out receipts. Get in touch with him and he'll clear you right up. Did you get a receipt that your turn had been received? Hope it works out for you and that your setup was good /Locklyn

Hughestrog
Arpat- Hello! I've spoken (e-mail) with Pete myself yesterday, and got replys. Is your e-mail account OK? You could always ask them to send you a PM via this board to see if there's a problem, and then go from there.
orin
It could be that the attachment is too big for his mail server and it is being thown away. Do you have a different mail reciver (I found this problem with hotmail... even when they "upped' their total mailbox max. Anything over 400k is chucked. Arpat
Hello Hughestrog i did not get a turn, just a mail. it said that my turn would be processed somehwere this week. (that is... last week.) but i did not see any turn. Maybe my little trees are hiding because a new emperor isn't gonna happen every day! So maybe they are just running around and hiding! soooo.... i am gonna stick with the plan, and all the time.. someday it will enter my mailbox... Hughestrog
Welcome to the madhouse! You don't have to be made to come here, but judging some of the others it must help
Arpat
when i have made my turns... where do i send them? the manual just talks about uploading, some other pieces about mailing. I know i have to mail the turn. but what email address should i use? i did try a search for the word "SEND" but then i would send armys, fleets, or even a $10 but not a turn. EternusIV
Once you finish doing your turns using the SNROTE Turn Entry program, open up the folder in your SNROTE directory called "Orders to RTG" and attach the files to an email addressed to: supernova@rollingthunder.com Voila! Locklyn
And always always clear out old orders in your "send to RTG" folder before doing new orders so you don't accidentally send an old set of orders to them. Check in your mail program that you've actually sent them and that the date is right. Cheers /Locklyn
