RTGRuss
Hi Guys, Sorry but we are running a little later on this cycle than normal - Pete is still working on them but we've got a few hours of processes left so probably in the 4 AM range (our time) Russ
Hughestrog
Turns in and Printed @10:00 GMT!!! Like what you've done to the format, and they still work in Phase Dragons Spreadsheets!
ali-t-akua
My turns showed up at 2:54 AM. Thanks for staying up late Pete.
ali-t-akua
Ah the long Friday is here again. In Germany I think they would call this Langsam Freitag My guess is turns around 11 PM MDT????
Prospective
I got my turn receipt from Russ way earlier than usual and thought that might translate into earlier than usual turn arrival times today... Any comments? Is there a correlation, or was Russ just feeling way energetic? I was hoping for 7pm EST arrival time. I'm crossing my fingers. RTGRuss
No correlation - turn receipts are something I do but it doesn't tie into the processing time. Things are humming along as we speak (type ) but it takes time for a cycle to process and go through all the steps to getting turn results out the door. This cycle doesn't look to be earlier than usual at this point so expect it late tonight unless we have problems of some kind. Sorry to rain on the speculation parade - the faster we can get a turn cycle the better we like it too. Russ

RTGRuss
Stop cursing your ISP - the problem is on this end Pete had the equivalent of a minor meteor strike - a power outage at a critical point that fubar'd the main database and forced him to bring up the backup and restart the cycle from an earlier point. The demon Murphy strikes again No permanent damage - just a time delay and extra work for Pete No official estimate on when we'll get the results out for this cycle but Pete will get them out as soon as possible. Ur Lord Tedric
Thanks for the update Russ, We'll all try to be patient this side of the Pond... I just hope you're able to get it out before all your side wake up! However, sleep is also important - we have 10 days!!!! Mx
Hughestrog
As the great Ur Lord said- thanks for the update and I'll try to occupy myself in the garden enjoying a strange yellowish ball in the sky giving off heat. People are saying it's the Sun, but it couldn't be, where are all the clouds and rain!

PS My turn came in a half hour ago. ete had the equivalent of a minor meteor strike - a power outage at a critical point that fubar'd the main database and forced him to bring up the backup and restart the cycle from an earlier point. The demon Murphy strikes again sad.gif No permanent damage - just a time delay and extra work for Pete Sorry to hear about Pete having to work through the night. Have you thought about battery backup? There are some nice products out there for less than $100 that will allow you to avoid that problem. RTGPete
And today was going so well - I was on track for early turns this time around....but a significant enough issue popped up that I'm forced to re-start the turn process. Means another late night, sorry guys
